Melbourne high rise is a verticle village in midst of heritage buildings

Olderfeet designed by Grimshaw is 40 feet tall and is based on the concept of a verticle village. The heritage buildings that are on Collins street as going to be untouched in this process. Adhering to an exceptional rating of green technology and energy saving systems, this tower will boast of a 30-metre high glass atrium, making it one of the largest lobbies in the country. The surrounding area will continue to don the Gothic, Romanesque and Victorian architecture buildings of the 1880s.
