Private equity investment in land fell 4.6 per cent in the First Quarter of 2017

Even as the office segment saw the most elevated inflow since 2009, private equity investment in land fell by 4.6 per cent to about Rs 9,600 crore amid the January-March time of this year. Office section saw private value ventures worth Rs 5,600 crore in the primary quarter of 2017 as against Rs 2,900 crore in the past year. The most extreme decrease was found in the retail segment as financial specialists are exceptionally careful about putting in cash here. Most engineers are extremely cautious about making retail spaces because of the changing flow of the market.
